Strong, light and durable wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use the latest Shimano Deore M6000 hubs and the strong and dependable DT Swiss R470 rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

Hubs - Shimano Deore M6000

• Durable smooth rolling sealed Deore 10/9/8 - speed rear hub with Centre-Lock disc rotor mount
• Centre-Lock disc rotor fitting - ideal for Deore hydraulic and mechanical disc brake systems
• The hub uses angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls giving both radial and lateral support for superior strength and durability in real world riding conditions; they also offer precision bearing adjustment and easy maintenance
• Low maintenance design includes single contact seals to keep out mud and water
• Low-friction Cubic Boron Nitride treatment cone race surfaces for smooth action and long bearing life
• For use in 100mm front and 135mm rear dropouts including quick release skewer
• Internal grease sleeve help maintain and increase service life of hub by holding the grease in the bearing housing

• An inexpensive all round 20 mm wide (internal) road disc brake rim, ideal for those looking to convert to wider, tubeless tyres on a budget
• Can be run either with standard clinchers or road tubeless tyres using DT Swiss tubeless tape and valves
• Unique process for the black coating produces a tough and durable finish
• Suggested maximum system weight of 120 KG, those looking for a wider road rim for heavier riders or for mixed terrain riding are advised to consider the suitably tough RR 521 DB's
