Strong, light and durable wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use the latest Shimano Deore M6000 hubs and the strong and dependable DT Swiss R 500 rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

Hubs - Shimano Deore M6000

• Durable smooth rolling sealed Deore 10/9/8 - speed rear hub with Centre-Lock disc rotor mount
• Centre-Lock disc rotor fitting - ideal for Deore hydraulic and mechanical disc brake systems
• The hub uses angular contact bearings designed to cradle the balls giving both radial and lateral support for superior strength and durability in real world riding conditions; they also offer precision bearing adjustment and easy maintenance
• Low maintenance design includes single contact seals to keep out mud and water
• Low-friction Cubic Boron Nitride treatment cone race surfaces for smooth action and long bearing life
• For use in 100mm front and 135 mm  rear dropouts including quick release skewer
• Internal grease sleeve help maintain and increase service life of hub by holding the grease in the bearing housing

Rims - DT Swiss R 500 DB 700c

• A versatile and tough all-road and UCI cyclocross rim with a 22 mm internal diameter for super high-volume 30 - 35c cross, gravel and commuting tyres
• Available in both 700c and 650B 'Road Plus' sizes for the new breed of multi surface adventure bikes
• A substantial 130 KG weight limit means these can be used for bike packing or light touring
