Super strong mountain bike wheels with quality components hand built in Bristol. We use the new DT Swiss 350 hubs and the strong and dependable DT Swiss XM 481 rim. We bring both these components together using DT Swiss Competition double butted spokes and Prolock brass nipples. These wheels are set up tubeless ready with DT Swiss tubeless rim tape.

With all of our wheels they are hand built to a high standard within 0.2mm lateral and 0.5mm radial tolerances.

DT's workhorse 350 get an high-engagement upgrade with the addition of DEG technology for technical MTB usage

• Based heavily on the 240 DEG, the 350 has a less-machined hub shell and axle, saving considerable CNC time at the cost of a slightly higher weight
• Rapid engagement has become a desirable feature for more technically-orientated riding but many fast-engaging hubs suffered either from high weight, high drag, poor reliability, or all three
• Going back to the drawing board, DT have completely reworked their ratchet system to allow the largest drive ratchets they have ever used, The 350 version offers 72 teeth and 5 degrees of engagement whilst retaining the bombproof reliability of the renowned DT rachet system
• DT are the original ratchet hub innovators, with over 25 years of development and refinement behind it no other manufacturer has matched DT's system for ease of service. reliability and durability
• Tool-free servicing concept make maintenance quick and simple, even mid-ride in a pinch
• The same quad bearing system as used in the 240, with custom DT steel bearings and improved contact-free double flange sealing giving added durability and performance

• Taking on board lessons from the renowned EX 511 and incorporating new features never seen on a DT rim before; the FR 541 is lighter, stronger and with industry-leading puncture resistance.
• Completely new bead hook profile to widen and blunt the area that slams into the tyre during a heavy impact, increasing the force required to split the tyre by 17%, allowing you to go that bit harder
• A complete reworking of the rims profile has reduced the weight penalty to just 35 grams over the EX511, whilst improving upon the FR 560's already superb strength to weight ratio
• Includes multiple high quality decal options to customise your wheels to suit your individual style and DT's bead blasted black finish remains the toughest out there
• The included PHR washers and convex Squorx nipples naturally align perfectly with your chosen spokes, increasing stiffness and durability with no weight penalty over traditional eyeleted rims
